Coming Soon to Growlers: Arctic Blast

Do you have an upcoming party or event? Show your friends and family that you care by skipping the watery beers and pouring some of Vertigo's handcrafted ales instead. We've had a blast pouring your growlers out here in Hillsboro. It's a great way to take Vertigo's great ales home with you. The response has been phenomenal.

In fact, the response has been so great that many of you have suggested we offer more of our beers for sale. By popular demand, we brewed a batch of our Arctic Blast Vanilla Porter yesterday that will be available only at the brewery for growler fills. We expect it to be ready in about 3 weeks.

Vertigo Now Serving Up Growlers in Hillsboro

Starting today, Vertigo Brewing is allowed to fill growlers at the brewery. We have growlers with the Vertigo logo on them for sale for $5.00 and we will be filling them or your 1/2 gallon growlers for $10.00.

We still do not have regular hours at the brewery, so please call ahead if you are interested. We will not have every one of our beer styles for sale at the same time, so please also call for available selections. Our number is 503.645.6644.

Arctic Blast Has a New Label

After its great success at the recent Holiday Ale Festival, our Arctic Blast has been in high demand. We've been working hard to brew this one up to get on the taps of your favorite local establishments.

We are pleased to announce that our new Arctic Blast has a new label to accompany its robust vanilla flavor. As with all of our labels, hats off to Barb Haines for the great design work. Check our tap listings soon. We hope to have this one on the taps any day now.

Arctic Blast Information Posted

We've just added information about our new seasonal brew, the Arctic Blast, to the site. This new brew will be featured at the upcoming Holiday Ale Festival, taking place December 2–6 in Pioneer Courthouse Square.

The Arctic Blast is a robust vanilla porter flavored with Madagascar vanilla bean — a refreshing variation of our Black Pearl. Be sure to come check it out at the Holiday Ale festival and meet the brewers.

Black Pearl Porter Has a New Label

Hot off the drafting board, our new Black Pearl Porter has a new label to accompany its robust flavor. As with all of our labels, hats off to Barb Haines for the great design.

Our Black Pearl Porter is currently on tap at the Green Dragon. Be looking for it to grace the tap handles of your favorite local hotspot soon.

Midnight Harvest Pale Coming Soon

The recently brewed Midnight Harvest Pale was kegged tonight! We were fortunate enough to get both fresh Cascade and Willamette hops for this years harvest brew. The end result is fantastic. Look for it at select locations around the Portland metro area and check our tap listings over the next few weeks.
